The Guru Ram Das Chant is a prayer of protection and healing with compassion

Guru Guru Wahe Guru,
Guru Ram Das Guru

Guru is the teacher who leads people from ignorance to light, Wahe is a celebration of bliss and great sacredness, this mantra is suitable for many occasions, can save you from danger, it is divided into two parts: the nirgun and the visible (sirgun), the first part of the invisible (Guru Guru Wahe Guru) projects the mind to the source of knowledge and bliss, allowing you to vibrate to infinity. Sirgun’s second part refers to the wisdom that comes from serving infinity, which is tangible. It’s a humble and miraculous mantra that allows us to humbly break through barriers to receive more blessings, and when you think you’re cornered, this mantra makes you shine. Projecting the mind onto the infinite, and allowing finite relationships to guide your actual activities, can reconnect finite and infinite experiences, bringing a beacon of spiritual guidance to the state of emergency. This poem celebrates Guru Ram Das, the fourth Sikh guru of the sixteenth century, who was known for his humble and compassionate service and was a well-known healer, so this poem is related to the protection, healing and neutral mind, and our intuition can be strengthened by fully developing this mind. Kundalini Yoga is very particular about the “golden connection”, that is, connecting all yogis who practice Kundalini with the masters of history, so chanting the name of Guru Ram Das is not only calling to the spirit and legacy of this great saint, but also to our own potential as “infinite servants”.

Sat Narayan Wahe Guru (Chotay Pad Mantra) – Peace in the Mind Chant

A River of Inner Peace
Sat Narayan Wahe Guru,
Hari Narayan Sat Nam

Sat Narayan means “true sustainer”, Wahe Guru is an “indescribable intelligence”, Hari Narayan means “creative maintainer”, and Sat Nam means “true identity”. Chanting this mantra creates inner peace and projects external peace, happiness and good fortune, making your consciousness clearer and purer. Narayan is the infinity associated with water, representing the Hindu god of water, Vishnu, so this mantra allows you to “flow with the flow”, take you beyond the present world of this three-dimensional space that the naked eye can perceive, to experience the infinite, and to initiate a more subtle, quiet experience of life, as if sowing the seeds of peace and patience in your heart, taking you to the purest essence of your true self (Sat Nam). Water has a purifying function and helps to relax, just like the fetus is pampered in the mother’s womb, water was once the home of each of us, making us feel safe and protected. The more we relax ourselves and surrender to a state of non-resistance and drifting, the more calmly we can find inner peace. By chanting this mantra, we return to the original state of inner peace, and through vibration we project the peace we feel into the outer world, that is, vibrate out the essence of the divine.

Atma Mandeep Kaur Xia Peixuan Introduction

International KRI certified first-order Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Usui Reiki Second Order Healer

In high school, he went to India to study and graduated from the Miri Piri academy of the international Kundalini Yoga Academy founded by Yogi Bhajan. After receiving a teacher’s license at the age of 17, he began to share Kundalini Yoga and is currently studying in the Department of Sports Medicine at Kaohsiung Medical University.

When I was young, my parents began to cultivate my interest in music, such as piano, violin, guitar, etc. After learning the guitar, I found that I really liked singing, and I once formed an orchestra as the lead singer. While in India, he also learned to play tabla drums and chant Raag. On Sunday Gurdwara, we will see my friends and I singing Shabd for everyone. After going to college, I still like to sing Mantra very much, and dedicating my voice to Guru will make me feel very peaceful and beautiful, and I hope to share this feeling with everyone and swim in the Word of God 🙂
