AUGUST 25TH AND  26TH CELEBRATIONS

24 HOURS OF CHANTING WITH THE GLOBAL SANGAT

For 24 hours, on August 26th, via Zoom, we will sing the mantra “Guru Guru Wahe Guru, Guru Ram Das Guru” in gratitude and reverence for our Teacher.

You can sign up to lead 30 minutes of chanting.  If you are a musician, you can play an instrument.  If you are not a musician, you can play a recording or sing acapella.

This event will take place from 6:30pm EDT/ Chile time on Thursday, August 25th to 6:30pm EDT/ Chile time on Friday, August 26th.  Visit www.worldtimebuddy.com to find your local time.

2.5 Hour Special Sadhanas Hosted by Local Sangats

Local communities across the globe will be hosting special sadhanas of 2.5 hours of Long Ek Ong Kaars in the Amrit Vela of their local time.  Many Sangats will be streaming these sadhanas via Zoom or Facebook LIVE.  Check our list of communities you can join online.

Birthday Chanting at Hacienda de Guru Ram Das in Espanola, NM, USA

Friday, August 26th | 5:00pm – 6:00 MST | Hosted by the Hacienda de Guru Ram Das Sangat | Espanola, NM, USA

For those who can travel to New Mexico, the HGRD Sangat will be hosting a birthday party for Siri Singh Sahib Ji.  Rehiras Sahib begins at 5:00pm local time (MST), followed by Guru Ram Das Chanting at 5:30pm (MST), followed by Langar and birthday cake.  The HGRD community invites everyone to join them to rejoice in the memory of the Siri Singh Sahib Ji.

If you won’t be in New Mexico, you can still join the Rehiras and Chanting online from 5:00pm to 6:00pm MST.
