This is from page 130 of the book “The Man Called the Siri Singh Sahib” and was written by Sat Nam Kaur Khalsa from Washington, DC
The Siri Singh Sahib has, through his teachings, affected every aspect of my life. I have had very little personal contact with him, and yet, since first meeting him, I have totally changed my lifestyle.
One week before going to my first White Tantric Yoga course, which was taught by the Siri Singh Sahib, I terminated two years of psychiatric counseling. My counselor and I had concluded that I was finally comfortable with society and could function with its values and roles.
My first contact with the Siri Singh Sahib made me realize that being comfortable with society’s values and roles was not enough. The values themselves needed questioning, and deep in my heart I knew I had found a man who knew the answers. I never questioned him or his Truths, for he spoke with a profundity that reached beyond my intellectualisms and touched my soul where the Truth knows no doubts.
That week started me down a road of challenge that has led me through many dark moments. However, through the teachings of the Siri Singh Sahib, I have come to the ultimate Truth, the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. It is by the Grace of the Guru that I have come through these ties of trial and I must remain eternally grateful. Sat Nam
