Sacred Everyday Mantras

We all have the divine power to create happy, fulfilled, and spiritual lives for ourselves and our families.  One way to access our divine power is to recite certain mantras or shabads that change our frequency, so that we now attract prosperity, happiness, and love.  In this class, we will discover some of the most relevant mantras/shabads we can recite to transform ourselves in our everyday lives.   We will practice reciting with an easy pronunciation guide that allows us to continue recitations of these mantras/shabads even after returning home. 

Beginning Gurmukhi

Gurmukhi is an easy-to-learn phonetic language that allows you to accurately pronounce mantras and shabads and to expand your meditative experience. In this 2-part class, we will learn some Gurmukhi pronunciation basics that will help us better read and connect with the sacred sound current.

How to Take a Hukam

The greatest meditation is coming to the Guru.  The Siri Guru Granth Sahib is in the front and center of the Gurdwara as in our own lives.  When we bow to the beautiful Siri Guru Granth Sahib, we resonate with our own divine, eternal nature that each of us carries within.  In this class, we will learn some practical aspects to take a Hukam from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib for Gurdwara ceremonies, personal guidance, and the joy of the sound current.

Hari Dharam’s Bio

Mukhia Sardarni Sahiba Hari Dharam Kaur is blessed to have learned directly with the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan for over twenty years.  She was appointed Chief Granthi of the Española Gurdwara by the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan, who directed her to share teachings of sound current and Gurmukhi/mantra pronunciation.  Sikhs and Seekers from around the world have enjoyed learning with Hari Dharam Kaur, inspiring them to awaken their inner Guru.  The Siri Singh Sahib has said that Hari Dharam Kaur brings God on Earth when she reads from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib and that whosoever learns from her will be rewarded on Earth and blessed in the Heavens.
