From page 80 of the book, The Man Called the Siri Singh Sahib

To all students in 3HO
To all Sikhs of the Guru
To all Singh Sahibs and Mukhia Singh Sahibs and members of the Khalsa Council

“I,  Harbhajan Singh Yogi hereby request that every student in the 3HO Family and every person, direct or indirect, in Sikh Dharma may please be informed that in case of any need of guidance where a doubt may have happened directly or indirectly in any class or ashram, they have the right and privilege to call me at (213) 272-9422… In case I am out of the ashram, they can leave an operator number so I can call them as immediately as I can.  It shall be a privilege for me to serve them, to talk to them, and to discuss with them …

“In case a teacher expresses any doubt about the teachings or about his own personality to any student, immediately a call may be made to me, and the same teacher may be told as a token of reverence that he should also contact me then and there. In case he makes a lame excuse that he has no money, the student should help by giving money as a charity in the Name of God, so the teacher can make the phone call and faith may be brought back again.  For this karma and charity, such a person will be blessed through generations.

“All students must know that they must upkeep the faith of teachers in case of weakness and weak moments.  This karma will be rewarded with generations of peace and tranquility throughout the families.

“This request of mine may be countersigned as a token of having been read by all ashram students, Sikhs of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, seekers of Truth, and all Ministers and members of the Sikh Dharma; and a xeroxed copy may be returned to me for my records.  One copy shall always, in bold letters, be displayed in each ashram.

“In the Name of the Cosmos which prevails through everybody, and the Holy Nam which holds the world.”

Humbly yours,
