The Millstone of Wisdom (Gyan Godaree)
This poem is from page 56-57 of the book “Furmaan Khalsa: Poems to Live By” by Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Khalsa Yogiji
Taste the saltless stone and profit.
Through both loss and gain,
With the Guru’s support, we don’t give an inch!
God’s Name is the only true profit.
It is the Bowl of Amrit.
Taste the saltless stone and profit.
The only True Trade is the Trade of Nam,
It breaks the grip of Karma.
Repeating Sat Nam, again and again,
The source of pain is ended.
Nam is the Touchstone of all touchstones,
It is the lesson-slate of Ecstasy.
Taste the saltless stone and profit.
