Yogiji and Bibiji at the 1975 Unity of Man Conference

This poem is from page 62-63 of the book Furmaan Khalsa: Poems to Live By by Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Khalsa Yogiji

Listen, Oh Bibi Inderjit Kaur!
Love your Perfect Husband well.
This way of life is the way of the Panth.
Harbhajan Singh is God’s best friend.

Practice the Yoga of Marriage,
And in that Marriage, practice the Yoga of Detachment.

Stay unattached in the midst of wealth,
And remember God’s Name with every breath.

Guru Ram Das covers everything …
The whole creation sings his praises.

Serve the Khalsa Panth
And sing God’s Praises through Gurbani.

Live the Rehit and chant God’s Name
And by Guru’s Grace, all your work will be completed.

Serve in the Guru’s Langar,
And you shall eat the Ambrosial Fruit of God’s Name.

Married life is the Guru’s Gift,
So chant the Nam and live in Peace,
For all households belong to Guru Ram Das,
And they are the Perfect Guru’s Blessing.

Bow to Guru Ram Das and meditate on him.

Live in Ecstasy …
Totally Free …

While still alive.

Oh Yogi! Sing the Guru’s Praises!
Chant Har Har, and become One with Hari.

The Sikh who hears and teaches others this way of life,
Finds total Peace and Joy within his married life!
