Kundalini Yoga is the science to unite the finite with Infinity, and it’s the art to experience Infinity in the finite.
What does yoga do for you? Yoga works to unite you; it gives you energy so that you can be transformed. To bring you from unawareness to awareness is the purpose of Kundalini Yoga. Yoga does nothing more and nothing less.
In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart. No words can replace your experience. Your mind may accept the words or it may not, but your consciousness will not accept just words.

There’s no better vitamin than breath.
Kundalini Yoga is simply the uncoiling of yourself to find your potential and your vitality and to reach your virtues. There is nothing outside, everything is you. You are the storehouse of your totality.

In Kundalini Yoga we do not start without this mantra: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo. It’s a telephone number of Shakti (the creative power of the Infinite), with its own area code number and it is a direct line.

Kundalini Yoga is not a religion. Religions come out of it. Kundalini Yoga is not a fad and it’s not a cult. It’s a practice of experience of a person’s own excellence which is dormant and which is awakened.
The kundalini experience does not mean you have gone into a deep breathless trance and are beyond this world. It integrates you more fully with reality and gives you a broader vision and sensitivity so that you can act more efficiently.

You practice Kundalini Yoga most of the time with the idea that it is just a very ordinary yoga. The reality is, when it’s practiced every day for half an hour to an hour, it gives you the balance between your ten bodies and the strength to your arc line—you call it the “halo.”
A yogi is a person who can compute everything—good and bad, said and unsaid—through consciousness. That’s the true definition of a yogi.
Kundalini Yoga is when, in the realm of you, you excel into the total excellence of you. In Kundalini Yoga the soul is naked, the soul is bright, the soul is like a light. It’s an open flame.
Yoga is not for body, mind and soul. Yoga is when the pair of the opposites do not affect you. When happiness doesn’t make you crazy and when sadness doesn’t make you dead. Whatever happens, you remain you,
